As our membership continues to grow, let’s welcome Tony Ross

Hi Tony, would you mind telling us a bit about yourself?

My name is Tony Ross, I’m a full-stack software developer of some 25 years and founder of The Wee App Shop (https://theweeappshop.com), specialising in smartphone/tablet apps for all platforms. Newly appointed as Technology Manager for MIME Technologies Ltd in Inverness. MIME is a tech startup which has just celebrated its first birthday this month. We specialise in software which manages information in medical emergencies. You can read more https://mimetechnologies.com.

How did you find out about Highland Tech Hub?

I found out about HTH from a couple of different places. Back in late 2015 from one of your attendees Ewan , who was a colleague at that time. However, more recently from Pawel de Sternberg Stojalowski.

What connections would you like to make?

I’m not looking to make any specific connections per se, but networks of knowledgeable people are, in my mind, the gateway to opportunity and therefore success. It takes a long time to close a lot of open doors.
